Responsibilities

The Senior Business Analyst’s primary focus will be the requirements definition, functional design, configuration and deployment of Salesforce solutions. The Senior Business Analyst acts as the functional team lead on projects, and assumes overall responsibility for the alignment of customer needs and the Salesforce solution design. A successful candidate will bring a strong level of skill and experience in business analysis and will function as a trusted adviser to the customer. Responsibilities include project coordination, proactive identification and configuration of Salesforce.com solutions to meet customer business requirements, as well as engaging with customer business owners to drive customer success and optimization of the application. The ability to engage at senior / executive levels in providing recommendations and proactive best practice advice through all phases of the implementation life cycle is also critical to this role.

Qualifications

At least 5 years experience managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting, systems development, and systems integration

At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce.com requirements gathering and customization
At least 1 year of project coordination
Completion of several Salesforce.com projects in lead business analysis roles
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
Strong client-facing consultative skills and ability to act as a customer advocate
Ability to organize and lead client sessions that involve technical resources, creating requirements and functional design
Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertise
B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
Salesforce.com certification

The travel requirements for this position are expected to be in the range of 10-20%.
